Its
a cut and restored oxygen hose. People who have to use oxygen in the
home usually have some old stuff layin around. You need to just cut
a piece about 3" long of the regular diameter, and a 3/4"
piece of the smaller stuff from where it ys to the nose
( follow this man its funny as hell ), a willing patient and a nurse.
Stick the smaller diameter little piece half its length into the big
piece. Now bring other ends together and you have a loop. The smaller
diameter fits snuggly into the bigger tubeing.
Talk your pal into playing a trick on the nasty nurse that chills
the bed pan. You get him to ring the little nurse bell. She comes
in (you have the loop palmed) she asks what he wants and he
says Do you think I still need this oxygen? My friend here says
he doesnt think I do Before she can answer grab up his
oxygen hose and say He dont need this, he is fine!
As you do this bring the loop into view as if youve gathered
a loop of the live tube. A pocket knife is good but scissors are better.
Just come up and cut it and as you do make a hissss sound
with your mouth.
Now if you used scissors you can continue to trim it up till its
all cut away or with a knife you can just tie pieces into a knot ,
slide it along the tube ala cut and restored rope, untie and dispose
of. The discarded oxygen hose is everywhere (or date a nurse like
I do). The stuffs great. Could also be used on a pull, I have
a jacket rigged for it when do hospital walk around.
